EQF and ULLL
ULLL sits at the contact point of a number of systems:
- Higher education - the BMD structure
- VET
- Adult educational, non-formal and informal learning
The EQF is designed to promote an articulation between these systems and therefore should be of particular relevance and utility for ULLL providers. However, there are problems. A Transversal programme KA1 that tried to look into these problems was EQF Pro, which made an attempt to ensure continuity and progression in learning and training paths marked by footsteps for all European citizens.
