European Commission contribution

The Commission regularly contributes to the implementation of reforms in higher education: initiatives such as Quality Assurance, EQF, ECTS and grant support through European programmes, notably Erasmus, Tempus and Erasmus Mundus.
The Commission contributes to the reflection and discussion by documents:

• Communication from the Commission in May 2006: "Delivering on the Modernisation Agenda for Universities"
• Contribution to the London Ministerial Conference in May 2007: "From Bergen to London, the contribution of the European Commission to the Bologna Process"
